Information on privacy and consent
This document describes how the website www.envenive.it (hereinafter “the Website”) is managed, with reference to use of the personal data of users consulting it (the document does not include data processed in other websites consulted by the user through Website links).
This document is of a general nature, informing you about how your personal data is used and processed through and by the Website.
After consulting this Website, data of people identified and identifiable can be used and processed.

Date supplied by the user To access Website services, the user will be asked to supply data that is strictly needed for use of services offered and to fulfil his/her requests.
Optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to addresses given in the Website means we acquire the sender’s email address, needed to answer requests, and any other personal data in the mail.
Navigation data During normal operations, computer systems and software procedures operating the Website acquire certain personal data as it is transmitted when using Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated to specific interested parties, but, due to its nature, could allow identification of users through processing and association with data held by third parties.
This data category includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the Website, URL (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of resources requested, time of request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of file obtained in response, numerical code indicating sate of answer given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters re user’s operating system and computer environment.
This data is only used for anonymous statistical information on use of the website and to check that it is operating correctly. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in a case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Website. Said possibility excepted, web contact data is not kept permanently unless a user makes specific requests (e.g. access to Website pages summarising services used, information requested, etc.).
No cookies are used to transmit personal information, nor are so-called persistent cookies of any type used, that is permanent user tracking systems.
So-called session cookies (not memorised in users’ computers and which disappear when the browser is closed) are only used to transmit session identifiers (formed by casual numbers generated by the server) needed to enable safe, efficient Website exploration.
The so-called session cookies used in the Website avoid the need to use computer systems that are potentially more prejudicial to user navigation confidentiality, and do not permit acquisition of a user’s personal data.
The user can choose whether to accept the cookies or not. By modifying your browser, you can accept all cookies, be warned when a cookie is being set or refuse all cookies.
By refusing the cookies you cannot access and/or use all online services.
The owner’s data will be used for the following purposes:
1) use of services offered, to fulfil contractual obligations, specific user requests and tax and legal obligations . Said data is necessary. Not providing it or doing so in an erroneous manner means that AAB-TECH s.r.l. cannot supply the service offered or fulfil users’ requests.
2) data supplied by the user can be processed for the following further purposes which can only be carried out with specific interested party consent, revocable at any time: 2.1- to send information on promotional, advertising initiatives, newsletters; 2.2- for customer satisfaction surveys on the quality of services offered, market surveys.
Not consenting to data being processed for purposes in points 2.1 and 2.2 does not stop the user being able to use services offered, but only its involvement in the activities mentioned in points 2.1 and 2.2.
How data is processed
Personal data is processed in accordance with laws in force.
Data supplied is only processed and used in Italy.
Data will only be used to carry out the service required by the user and will not be circulated. However, said data can be communicated to: – companies controlled by or connected to AAB-TECH s.r.l.; third parties involved in managing the order and shipment of Products requested; – individuals, companies or professional studios supplying assistance and advice to AAB-TECH s.r.l. on accounting, administrative, legal, tax and financial matters concerning supply of services offered through the Website; – subjects, entities and authorities that your data has to be supplied to in compliance laws in force or orders from authorities ; – subjects delegated and/or appointed by AAB-TECH s.r.l. to carry out activities that are strictly linked to supplying Website services and its technical maintenance (including maintenance of network equipment and electronic communication networks); – commercial partners if the User has consented to its data being used for advertising purposes.
Furthermore, subjects and subject categories that the User’s personal data can be communicated to or who gain knowledge of it as they are those in charge of data processing (if appointed) or those assigned are: AAB-TECH s.r.l. personnel handling administration and/or technical management of services and those responsible for the computer platform used to supply services.
Said data will be processed using electronic and computer systems and will be memorised on computer supports, paper and on any other suitable supports, in compliance with security measures imposed by laws in force.
Personal data will only be kept in a format enabling the user to be identified, and for the time strictly needed , to satisfy the purpose for which data was collected and processed and pursuant to laws in force. All data is processed to reduce to a minimum, using suitable, preventive security measures prescribed by law, the risk that it be destroyed or lost, even accidentally, any unauthorised access or processing or not complying with the above purposes.
Rights of interested parties
The interested party may exercise its rights with the holder of said personal data at any time, pursuant to art. 7 Legislative Decree 19672003 obtaining: – confirmation as to whether data concerning it is being held or not, even if not yet registered, and said data being communicated to it in an intelligible form; – indication of where said data comes from, processing purpose and method, the logic applied if said data is processed electronically, identification of the controlling party, those responsible and the representative appointed in accordance with article 5, clause 2, of subjects and subject categories that said data can be communicated to or who can gain knowledge of it as the appointed representative in the State area, those responsible or appointed; – updating, rectification or, if of interest, integration of said data; – it being cancelled, transformed into an anonymous format or blocked if processed in violation to the law, including data that does not have to be kept for the purpose for which it was collected or processed; – a declaration that updating, cancellation, transformation, blocking or integration operations have been communicated, including their content, to those to whom said data was communicated or circulated; unless that is not possible or requires use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the right being protected. The interested party has the right to fully or partially oppose: a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of its personal data, even if pertinent to collection purposes; b) that its personal data be used to send advertising or direct selling material or to carry out market surveys or for commercial communications.
